Raid My Closet: My Purchases for This Fall/Winter

Over the last few months I've acquired some new pieces to update my fall/winter wardrobe (and to replace some of my older items that are falling apart lol), so I thought I'd go ahead and post pictures of the items that I have purchased.  Luckily, I already own a lot of pieces that happen to be on-trend this season (i.e., I already have loads of black and white pieces, lots of vintage brooches from my grandmother and flea markets, a pair of nude pointy-toed shoes, a great plum wide-brimmed fedora hat from Banana Republic a few years ago, and a military-inspired jacket by Smythe that I adore).  But just to show you that I follow my own fashion advice, I have divided my purchases in categories based upon certain of the Fall/Winter trends this year.  As usual, all of these items were purchased at a price much less than retail using the discount codes and coupons that I post on this blog!
