You can currently PRE-SALE items at Saks stores, however, some sales representatives will require that you have a Saks credit card (others may not). Simply ask a sales representative if you can pre-sale an item. If the sales representative lets you pre-sale, your card will not be charged until the sale starts on April 28th, but you also won't be able to pick up your item until then.
