Trend Alert: Infinity Scarves

Sometimes called an infinity scarf, eternity scarf, tubular scarf, circle scarf, snood, or loop, infinity scarves are popping up everywhere lately on celebrities and in retail stores. The only difference between an infinity scarf and a regular scarf is that it is fully connected in a circle. The most common way to wear an infinity scarf is wrapped twice around the neck (see left on Jessica Biehl). Another popular and somewhat innovative way to wear an infinity scarf is to wrap it twice around the neck and raise part of it to cover your head (as seen below). In addition to the two ways listed above to wear an infinity scarf, American Apparel has compiled a list of ways to wear their circle scarf (pictured below), which retails for $29 and is available in coral, black, white, brown, lemon, purple, navy, evergreen, olive, asphalt, heather grey, slate, florescent red, and florescent green.
